Toys & Props – What does Anal Hook mean?
Anal Hook
An anal hook is a curved metal hook with a smooth ball at one end, inserted into the anus and tied to rope, a harness or the hair, so every movement pulls on it.
What does Anal Hook mean?
The name says it plainly: it’s a hook for the anus. An anal hook is a J-shaped bar, usually stainless steel, with a smooth ball that goes inside and a ring at the other end. A rope runs from the ring to a harness, a tie or a ponytail. It’s a classic piece of rope bondage and predicament play. If the wearer moves their head or body, the hook shifts, so they learn to keep still. For many the thrill is that mix of fullness, helplessness and constant tension.
Is an anal hook safe?
It can be, with care. Choose a hook with a large, perfectly smooth ball and no seams, use plenty of lube and warm up with fingers or a plug first. The rope should create gentle tension, never a hard pull. Never tie it so a stumble or fall drags on it, and never attach weight. Keep the wearer in sight, agree on a safeword and keep safety shears close. Stop at sharp pain, and see a doctor if there’s bleeding that doesn’t stop quickly.
How do you tie an anal hook to the hair?
Gather the hair into a high, firm ponytail with a hair tie, then tie a short rope from the hook’s ring to the tie, not directly to loose strands. Leave a little slack at first and tighten only as much as feels good. The result arches the back slightly and adds a gentle pull on the scalp. With short hair, tie the rope to a chest harness or wrist cuffs instead. Check in often, because necks tire quickly.
